Taxpayer Satisfaction Survey

The Presidency of Revenue Administration of Turkey has shared with public opinion the results of the search called ‘Taxpayers Satisfaction Survey’ conducted between 9-26 November, 2015 through the said administration’s official website.

In the Adminsitration’s press release regarding the above-mentioned survey, it is stated that the research has been carried out to gauge and determine the level of satisfaction displayed by taxpayers and professionals who works within the context of Law number 3568 with respect to services to maximize voluntary compliance as a vital component of Administration’s long-term strategic objectives.

It was further declared that the survey was finalised by face-to-face interviews with 15.000 taxpayers and 1.000 professionals(Accountants and Sworn-in Public Accountants) registered with vairous tax offices accross the country.

According to results generated by the research, %76,94 of taxpayers and %74,72 of professionals interviewed are satisifed with the taxation-related services performed by the Revenue Administration, its provincial branches and affiliated institutions.
